Bonsai Trees & Bonsai Starter Kits

If the tree has arrived in bad condition please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and we can review the order. We take great care to ensure our packages arrive safely. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information regarding this. We offer a 30-day return and ($0 return cost of shipping) on faulty products. Please note that we do not issue refunds if you change your mind.

 

Bonsai Work Shops

By reserving your spot in our Bonsai Work Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review our booking policies.

Refund Policy:

  • 71% Refund: If you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop, you will receive a refund (minus the $40 non-refundable deposit fee) 
  • 21% Refund: Cancellations made within 4 days of the workshop will receive a 50% refund (minus the $40 non-refundable deposit fee)
  • No Refund: 

    If you fail to attend a workshop with or provide less than 48 hours notice, you will not receive a refund. A missed seat means a paid opportunity is lost. If you would like to attend another workshop, a new booking and payment will be required. We encourage you to inform us as soon as possible if your plans change to prevent any inconvenience.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel your registration, please contact us via email or phone with your name and workshop details. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

Workshop Rescheduling:

If the instructor is unavailable or the minimum number of participants (4 out of 8) is not met, the workshop may be rescheduled. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates. Please note that refunds are not provided — only rescheduled workshop dates.
