"Can I get an update on my order?" If your order is taking longer than a couple of days to arrive, please reach out to NZ Post. Phone: +64 09 977 0102. We are unable to speed up delays.
"Will my tree be OK if itâs in transit for a while?" Yes. Your tree should be fine as we water our trees before we send them. If it has been more than few days in transit, be sure to water the tree well when it arrives. Contact us if you're concerned about your trees health on arrival.
"My tree looks different from the photosâis this normal?â Yes! Bonsai and Starter Kit trees are living plants and natural variation in shape, foliage, and size is expected (especially for our starter kits). We always sent healthy trees that are suitable for bonsai. Please see the disclaimer at the bottom of each product for more information.
"Can I keep the tree in its box until I gift it?" No. Take the tree out of the box to ensure it receives sun and water. Place the tree back into the box prior to gifting.
