Shipping policy

 

We offer fragile shipping services to make sure that your bonsai tree will arrive in perfect condition.

 

If the tree has arrived in bad condition please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and we can review the order. We take great care to ensure that our trees arrive in perfect condition. 

Orders placed by 12:00 pm will be shipped the same day. Same-day shipping may not be achieved during busy times, i.e. the month before Christmas, Mother's Day, & Valentine's Day. 

Delivery is usually overnight for the North Island and 2-3 days for the South Island. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following week if Saturday delivery is not selected. No Saturday delivery is available for rural addresses. 

The price of shipping will differ based on tree size, weight, and your location within New Zealand. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and to follow up with the courier company should there be any delays. If there are any damages, please get in touch with us ASAP and send us photos of the bonsai inside the box. Please see our Terms of Service for information regarding damages.
