Damages & Returns
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) so that we may resolve the issue promptly. We take great care to ensure our packages arrive safely, however, we do acknowledge that accidents do occur on rare occasions. When contacting us regarding damages, please send photos of all damage (including the box itself). Please see our Terms of Service policy (Section 5) for information on damages. Shipping TimeframesÂ
We will endeavour to ship orders that are placed before 1:00pm on the same. Same-day shipping may not be achieved during busy times such as Christmas.
Delivery is usually overnight for the North Island, and 2-3 days for the South Island. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until Monday.
The price of shipping will differ based on tree size, weight, and your location within New Zealand.Â
It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and to follow up with the courier company should there be any delays.Â
