Bonsai Replacement

We will replace your bonsai if it dies within 90 days (from date of receiving) if we believe that you have correctly followed our bonsai care instructions. If we think that you have done everything that you could, we will accept that the tree itself was not up to standard and we will honor our replacement guarantee. The replacement tree will be free, although shipping must be paid by the customer.
